Phonegap Karenderia Restaurant App customization

Hi, I would like to customize my Karenderia Restaurant app, that way the restaurant can mark the items as "not available" on the app. The system is already doing this on the backend panel, I just need it to be shown on the restaurant app. Each restaurant should be able to see their food items on the app and be able to mark them as "not available" and this item should not be displayed until it is unmarked. Developer should be familiar with Phonegap and Karenderia System is a plus. Thank you
