Pictorial Directory Platform

I want a platform that can create pictorial directories. A pictorial directory is like a contacts directory. It is made up of users and contains an image, address, and phone number. I have built this pictorial directory with Bootstrap. It is ok as is but the problem is that it is had to update and maintain. Here is my project for a skilled coder. 1. Build a platform that allows the creation of such pictorial directories. It should have front end and back end. 2. Any person on the internet should be able to create such a directory. He/she fills out a form with his name and organization details and becomes the administrator of the pictorial directory. 3. The administrator of the directory sends a link (form) to his contacts (users) and users complete the form image, address, phone, birthday and the code automatically populates the directory in an alphabetical order. Every user has an account and is able to update his/her information. 4. The administrator of the pictorial directory can approve new users, can update or delete information or users. 5. Every Pictorial Directory is made out of an Administrator and Users. 6. When the Administrator creates the directory, he gets a trial of 30 days and then a charge of an X amount is applied monthly or yearly. 7. The platform should be able to create as many pictorial directories as there is demand so scalability is an important factor.
