Project Management Website

This is a Project Management Website job post. The Main Page ; Regular one page theme i will provide the pictures and the text. There will be sign up/ sign in module in the top After sign in ; Customer will see a form which created by admin so he/she can enter the project details with the direction of pre-prepared admin questions Checklist ; After sign in customer will see a checklist of what he/she should be complete before starting the project he/she can put ticks to the boxes so also admin can follow the procedure. Form properties; There will be pre-prepared questions for the project customer will give them short answer and also he/she may add a link of some products or the pictures of some equipment which needed to upload a picture website like imgur. After filling the form ; Customer will press the send button to send the form to the admin also customer may be able to edit his/her informations anytime he/she wants when he/she re-enters the website. Admin Page ; admin may be able to see all the project as a list in his/her admin page then when he/she click on a project he/she may be able to see all the answer which are given to the form questions. A comment module will be nice because some form questions may not be clear so it would be nice if admin make a comment for the question and a notification (as mail) goes to the customer so he can aware of the situtation. After examining the project the admin will give a decion of this project is doable or not so in the admin page there need to be a approve the project or reject the project. Approving the Project ; When project approved a mail goes to the customer so he can aware of the project is approved when he enters his/her email and password he/she will see a green screen that saying project is approved go to the payment page. If he/she wants he/she will go for the payment of the project. Payment ; the necessary information of the process will be shared After Confirmation of Payment ; The projects will be mostly engineering projects so there will be another form will be here. This time admin will fill the form and customer may be able to see and comment the form questions. In this stage customer will not have the right to make any changes in the form. He/she can just make some comments. After Admin complete the After Payment Final Project Form Filling ; Admin will press the project is ready button so an email notification will go to the customer. Customer can be able to download the form in pdf format. All actions should be added or deleted from admin panel and all texts should be edited from admin panel for all new form questions admin should be able to add new questions from his/her panel. Hope that the basic structure is clear what i need a project management website which could be controlled by admin.
