Redesign and improve webshop design Photoshop

::INTRODUCTION::

I am looking for a graphic designer with experience in webshop design. I have an existing design but this needs to be improved / it needs to be pimped up.

See attached a PDF with the existing design. This PDF shows different pages and also a few design options (see explanation below).

I would like you to redesign the global design, not to create a whole new design!

You will receive a PSD file with the existing design!

::REQUEST::

I would you to redesign the following items:

1> the top header (see attached PDF on page 2), the dark red is the House-color of this company but the other elements are free for design. Maybe a different background pattern? Maybe a different search box? Different buttons?

2> the text (menu items) are hard to read because of the color of the current menu... what would be a better color? (see page 2 of PDF and also page 13)

3> below the menu you see 3 unique selling points, maybe you can improve this?

4> The buttons in the webshop have a "indent" font / written font.... can you find a better font? Maybe improve the button as well? You see the buttons above the bottles and also inside the product presentations ("meer details" and "bestellen").

5> Inside the product presentations we would like to show extra information like "NEW" and "HOT" and "OFFER" etc. Can you design a fun flag / banner / etc. to show this information?

6> Behind the products (in the middle) we show a "wallpaper" type background. Can you find a good / nice alternative background for this?

7> Any other good design ideas are also welcome!! :)

::DELIVERY / PLANNING::

I would like this delivered as soon as possible. Within a few days? Is this possible? Before the end of this week?

See attached a PDF with design. Details on the pages in the PDF:

* Page 1: this page ONLY shows the marble background. This is an option for the design on page 2.

* Page 2: this page shows the CORRECT layout. You do not have to change this layout.

* Page 3: this page shows the initial popup when people enter the site the first time. We would like a general popup design for all popups. This one is ugly.

* Page 4: this page is the same as page 2, but now the web-admin has selected to show a few (2) banners. So the layout is the same as page 2 but now with advertising banners.

* Page 5: again same as page 2 but with a big banner.

* Page 6: again with 2 banners.

* Page 7: this is a menu drop-down under whisky with a photo

* Page 8: same as page 7 but now for wine

* Page 9: drop down under shopping cart

* Page 10: drop down under "your account" button

* Page 11: this page shows different Google fonts we could use, but you are free to select any font

* Page 12 until page 20: other examples / options / try-outs

Please let me know:

- show me examples of Webshops you have designed

- why it will cost me 99999 dollars / XXXXX dollars? how did you calculate the price? what is included, what is not?

- what do you need from me to do this project?
