Redesign our wordpress website to make it more corporate, professional

We are looking for somebody to redesign our current website: [login to view URL] We want the website to be extremely professional with more content and images. The website should be more easier to navigate and prompt users to purchase from us. The website should make our company look like a very large and professional company but also show that we are very competitive. The colour scheme of the website needs to be more industrial, complimenting our company logo (maybe black, yellow, grey). The homepage should have a slideshow with categories of our products. Also prompt user to why they should buy from us. It should also show links to 3 article posts graphically. Gallery section should be added to website. Current article section should be improved A new product category should also be added to the website with an IFRAME type facility to show products from another website. Videos should be added to website Cookies notification Add a customer feedback section (example can be provided) Product pages should be improved so they look more appealing, easier to read. More information should be added to the product pages and images should be displayed better/added More information and content will be provided as the freelancer progresses with the website. Our competitor websites and freelancers own experience in website should be used to create the ultimate website. We require a create freelancer with good experience in creating websites and with a vision to make the website the best out of all our competitors. They should keep in mind seo practices. As we currently have a company doing SEO on the website, they should not change certain meta data or title of pages without asking. Also, website speed should be very fast and tested against google speed checker. All contact forms should be with easy to use captcha to stop spam coming to our emails through the contact forms. Everything should be done on a child theme so the theme and all plugins can be updated without restrictions. Website should be firstly copied by freelancer onto own server and then new website redesigned on freelancers own server. Once the website is finished, freelancer should replace our current website with new website to ensure there is no downtime. This should be done on Saturday and tested through to Sunday. Also freelancer should also create a small banner to finish our email signature and create a professional business card for our company. Freelancer should also fix my packing list for my other website not displaying order information correctly issue.
