Refine, Design & Changes to Existing Wordpress Website

I recently had a standard WordPress Directory theme heavily modified by another freelancer. His PHP skills were good and the site works well but design is lacking and needs to be refined. The Home page and actual Directory Listings need to be more contemporary, clean and cool, and also a couple of small corrections/changes need to be implemented, as follows: HOME PAGE needs updated design: - Fresh colors and modern styling - Remove borders, go wider - full width - Left column - make font smaller, business listings wider - Right side - Listings need more room, rank # needs restyle - Remove “Get a Quote” at top - Remove “Claim Listings/Edit Listings” links from multiple listing results pages and add to individual listings (/listings/), one level deeper. Change text to Agency Login. - /Listings/ “Typical budget” - is out of line, correct to left margin 2. Functionality - Responsive - Links not working on mobile devices, check for errors. - Identify various page components so admin can easily change colors via CSS. - Rename current WP theme - Ultimate CSV Importer plugin has been added to site but I don’t understand it and must upload my listings from spreadsheet. 3. Account Signup form must be created, which includes three well-designed pages: - Create Account - Upgrade Options - Pay/Publish You must have STRONG MODERN DESIGN SKILLS and experience working with and modifying WP themes, and your English skills must also be excellent. Once I feel you are qualified I will share with you the current Website, original WP theme, and specific examples of designs similar to what I am looking for. This is a small project, therefore your bid must be very reasonable and your timeframe realistic. High bids will be ignored. I am easy to work with and have frequent project work for freelancers.
