Sports Game Scoring and Statistical Website

We are interested in having a website built promotes the scoring of ice and roller hockey games and season. The site must maintain the ability to leagues, teams, and players. The tracking and placement of the teams within the leagues must also be a function, fully displayed on the screen. Additionally, the player history of goals scored while assigned to a team is a must. The history needs to follow the player no matter what team the player is currently playing for. The site should have a clock that is running and can be stopped if necessary. The clock is vital to recording the time of a goal scored by an individual player. The clock will be designed so that a league can set their own game time, for example, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, etc. Once the game starts, the clock will begin to count down. For hockey, it would most likely be in 3 periods. A somewhat limited example of what we have now is available at www.lvrhc.com. It is our thought that the site be built in a modular fashion so that later additions could accommodate other sports without having to rebuild the website. We would like to hire you again to provide us with a baseball, football, soccer modules eventually. We have used Code igniter in the past, but defer to your suggestions. The platform must be PHP running on linux and apache2. The site should contain player profiles where their team, goal history, and a profile picture can be maintained.
