Website graphic customization

In shorty: *We need to customize a Shopify theme to our brand, and optimize the design of product page for conversion optimization. Hi, We are currently remodeling our soccer eCommerce website. We are changing to a faster more responsive theme. We want it to be as easy as possible for a developer to make changes. So we plan on making changes that are easy to implement for the developer to save money. Just changing colors and creating or adding banners for home page and different section (around 5). We want the template to be reconfigured to our brand. Also we would like to do some changes to the product pages to implement some practices for conversion optimization. We want all images to be legal and every optimization technique to be honest. We are currently not sure which shopify theme we will use. One option is the "My Shop" theme and the second is the "MOGO" Theme.
