Wheels and Wings Tenth Anniversary

Wheels and Wings is a Bicycle Event in Punta Gorda, FL. It generates about 300-400 riders each year. This is the Tenth Anniversary of the event and we need a flyer for printing and a similar output for web and emails. Also need a registration form. I have attached the Logo for the tenth anniversary, samples of previous years flyers for informational purposes, not design purposes. Picture of the Jersey included in this years event.
We have a logo already done. On the piece the following information should be displayed in an eye catching manner.
