Wordpress design and layout changes with some minor development

Hi,
I have a website that I would like to alter the look of slightly. The website is www.sntravel.co.uk. I would like to:
- Revamp the home page a little, nothing too major (I have a wire frame but I am not a designer so it might need work!)
- Revamp this page: [login to view URL] I know what elements/sections I want on the page but I don't really have a wire frame. (FYI I will use this page as a template for which I will apply to the other pages in this section which will not be included in this job)
- Same as above for this page: [login to view URL]
- Revamp this page: [login to view URL] which I want the layout to smiliar to: [login to view URL] - how would the 'distance to beach' etc part work as this would need to be developed from some kind of maps supplier like google maps (FYI I will use this page as a template for which I will apply to the other pages in this section which will not be included in this job)
- Revamp the look of the blog, which will be very straight forward [login to view URL] both the main page and post page - I have a wire frame for these.
