Wordpress portfolio website with dynamic/modern/edgy text animation in landing page

Job Description:
I'm looking to build a video+photo portfolio website with a modern background landing page.
The landing page should be minimalistic with TV noise as background and animated texts displaying on rotation.
Possibly horizontal scrolling led sign type of text effect ( text and data displays / sign board) or similar dynamic modern / edgy text animations.
I am open to alternative animated text proposal.
Open to use template if fits the description.
Website pages/sections will be:
-"work" -portfolio Audio and Video gallery- each video or still image campaign will have a short text (brand/photographer/location/agency/client)
-"Services" -a short description of company services-
-"about us" - message, mission statement
-"Contact" - list of people to contact (6 or 7 people/locations)
