Web App Developer required. Angular.js, long term ongoing project. Must be experienced.

We are a UK based technology company looking for an experienced web application developer to join our project.
We have an existing, in-development, web app hosted in Azure that we need someone to develop with us. This is a large project and will be ongoing. We use Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (hosted) in our team and daily uploads will be required into the TFS code repository.
The application is written in Angular Javascript and based around a commercially available template (SmartAdmin).
Other components of the site require some experience of C#, SQL, CSS and HTML and API's.
Hours are available to suit and we ask for a minimum of 10 hours per week during development periods.
There will be times during testing and management phases that your services will not be required but this will be kept to a minimum.
