Build an Online Store

I need someone to look at a Wordpress Woocommerce site and answer the following questions for me: 1. Why can you I only list 15 items in a category? 2. How much time would it take to create a store page that has Mens and Womens items plus sub-categories for each? The categories are created already. 3. How can we improve the shopping cart/checkout experience? Right now it is not intuitive and some site visitors get confused, they are using paypal I believe as the merchant processor. 4. Will this woocommerce template support color swatches/choices for each item? 5. Do they need a new template for woocommerce to achieve these things? 6.
