We have a running responsive html page with full size images for eventual deployment in a hybrid app. We need the image(s) switched to a background-image with a link overlay, and we need the css modified to ensure that the image expands (with cropping) to fill the viewport. If you are good at this, we are looking for a long term relationship with an html/css wizard. The project will have to be done on a teamviewer or chrome remote desktop connection.

Is there at least a sample page where we can test the modifications? And working remotely is a bit impractical when it comes to coding as connection speeds are not that good. I can work on the files if they're being served, either from an android app or from a normal webserver
