Ruby On Rails Developer required for ongoing project -- 2

We have a large LinkedIn style platform being built that we need extra resource for. You will be working alongside our developer to speed up the process as a deadline is fast approaching. We will need an initial commitment of around 20hrs per week. The web app is built using Ruby and is on Heroku. Once live, we already have Phase 2 of the project confirmed so there is a lot of ongoing work here. Selected and interested freelancers will be invited to view the prototype and also our Git in order to review the code. Only SERIOUS developers need apply for this. We need someone who is able to act as an in house dev and communicate freely with us. We expect a decent level of written and spoken English as calls with our project manager and the client may be required from time to time.
