changing equations in a html/php document for an online mathematics assessment

I work for an education company and need to create some online mathematics assessments. There are 4 of them which I have already completed of ¾ of the work.
I am pressed for time and want somebody to finish them. All you are doing is looking at a question from a word document and then typing this in the correct place set out in a webpage written in html and php.
The webpage is a cakephp template. You just need to know html and basic php might help. There is about 60-80 equations to change in each webpage (4 in total).
For example the work will involve working from a word document and changing whats in the equation here given in the variable $q. The current equation is old. The other thing you change is the ‘a1’ in the input box to another number. There might be 80 input boxes per page so each input box needs to have a name like the first input box is ‘a1’ and the second is ‘a2’ etc .

I will give access to the files online. You can save often and test in a browser. If equations are not in single quotes the file wont load
Eg $q='b) 3a + 3b -2a+4c =; //wont work
$ $q='b) 3a + 3b -2a+4c =' //wont work
q=b) 3a + 3b -2a+4c =' //wont work
$q='b) 3a + 3b -2a+4c ='; //will work
