Configure Alfresco on Azure to use SSL

I have set up an alfresco community data room but it's not using SSL. Please recreate/configure this (using Apache/NGinx?) So that it is secure and as such allows MS office files to be edited.
I would also like the "Welcome to Alfresco" page disabling and look and feel of login page updating as in this guide:
