eCommerce/Art - Wordpress Template design

Need someone who knows how to code and edit wordpress templates to develop me a template for my personal eCommerce website. Here is the brief; Art company. You can order several different art designs from the company, from fineart to photoshopping etc. I need categories for each art. There must be the ability to checkout and select what type of art you would like, size, and also attach a picture of what you need doing.
