Wordpress PHP JS Add Features To Existing Website

I need a developer who has experience with Advanced Custom Fields.
I need them to go into the wordpress back-end and pull data from database to display on front end, and to add features to homepage for re-design.
Happy to walk through the code in detail and explain the needs. The features will ideally be done by April 10. This will open opportunities for more work in the future.
