Build a custom Adobe Air Application

Hello, I'm looking to build a rich Internet application using actionscript and flash and package it into an adobe air application. I have a web based open source application (under Apache 2 license) that uses HTML and javascript and would like to package it as my own with additional code modifications. The developer that I will award this project to must do the following; 1- Package the web based application into an adobe air package 2- Add a license validation actionscript at startup that will connect to my server's db to validate the email address is already registered and unlock the application 3- Add an auto update actionscript at startup that will validate the license first by connecting to the server and check for updates, if the license is not valid, the application should get locked 4- Ability to add additional HTML5 animations & actionscript after the above is completed in a separate agreement We can talk more about the project in chat if you have questions Thanks & Good luck
