Hi HRs based in India,
My HR is busy with other work. We have open job openings and no time to call the candidates, screen them, and line them up for an interview with my techs.
So, I need an experienced HR, proficient in English to go into my Naukri account, call up all the relevant candidates, screen them (Update the spreadsheet), and then line up interviews for my techs so that we can find good quality freshers.
This is a tech job (programmer), so I'd appreciate if I get someone with tech hiring experience.
The jobs are
- Jr. PHP Dev
- Jr. C# .Net Dev (For Web Technologies)
- Jr. C# .Net Dev (For Mobile platform)
In short...
- We will give you access to Naukri
- We will give you access to our spreadsheet
- My HR will do one call with you and brief you about us
- You can talk to my HR at any time to resolve doubt
- You have to call candidates, screen candidates and line up interviews with guys who seem smart.
- The spreadsheet has to be updated with your findings
This is like 2-3 hours of calling per day for the next 3 days. Total 6-9 hours of work.
