I need an appointment booking app for my website, iPhone and Android. It should be a quite simple interface, built on the websites existing graphic profile (colors etc) with a few fields (about 6). No integration with my booking system is necessary. The website is built with flash components and flash would be my preferred choice also for this module. The iPhone and Android versions must follow the standards so that they are approved on AppStore and Android Market. The result has to be sent securely, preferably by mail if possible. Other suggestions are welcome.
