I am looking to create an application that is for a quiz or test engine. I need a multiple choice exam engine created. This engine should allow for the following:

A way to import test questions and answers.

The ability to support an image or exhibit.

The ability to playback a brief audio or video file optionally within the explanation screen.

The user interface should have a nice finished look.

I would like to start with an iPad version of this test engine, then eventually add support for iPhone.
