150K Email Blast - 90%+ Inbox For Yahoo/Hotmail/Etc Emails!

Hi, I need an email blast to 150K email addresses mainly from "yahoo", "hotmail", "live", "gmail", etc... the delivery of these emails must be at least 90%+ to the INBOX! - Must be able to review and modify HTML email and give advice to lower "SPAM SCORE" of email creative. - You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer. - Provider must be experienced and be able to use USA Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers. - MUST PROVIDE AN OPT OUT WITHIN THE EMAIL. - HTML and text based email as well, must be created. - Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders. - If done properly so all emails reach the inbox this campaign should last about month. - You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc. Thank you!
