Require SEO-friendly website for online business

I require a website with (in order of importance): 1. seo-friendly web coding 2. a content management system 3. limited amount of graphic design as i have attached a comprehensive specification (see additional files) with suggested colour schemes and urls of example pages. The coder will only need to implement these ideas and bring them together. I will provide all written content, rough examples of page layouts, the company logo and banner. The website is going to be a showcase of models similar to [login to view URL] where each model has a profile consisting of their photos and information. So far i have ~20 profiles to be added to the site but need to be able to add more by myself once the site is running. I therefore require the content management system so that i can add/remove and rearrange profiles on the site as well as modify other parts of the content including the placement of advertisements. Most importantly the site coding needs to be SEO friendly as the business relies solely upon people being able to find out about it online. I will provide keywords and title metatags. I do not require an ongoing SEO program, i just require the site coding to be optimised for search engines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform in all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox
