Marketing and Admin Assistant - Long Term Position

We are looking for a talented and detailed-oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a long term, part-time salaried position which will require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Speaks and writes English fluently - Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel - Proficient at doing Internet Researching and Web Scraping - Organized, Meticulous and Detailed Oriented - Be a fast learner and open to using new tools and platforms. - Have a positive, can do attitude & work well under pressure. - We welcome someone with Creative ideas and Initiative. - Available for at least 4 hours from 8am to 5pm PST. - Access to a reliable Computer and High Speed Internet connection. JOB FUNCTIONS - Research and find contact information for qualified prospects - Make phone calls to gather information and qualify prospects - Create and Manage email campaigns using Yesware and OnepageCRM (training will be provided) - General Data Entry: Update CRM Records, Spreadsheets, Content Management System (Wordpress) - Other tasks as required APPLICATION - Submit a short description of why you believe you are the right person for this job, including past experiences & education background. - Include "MarketingAdmin123" in the first line of your application to confirm that you read this description. - We are looking to hire an individual. This is a fixed weekly salary that assumes a minimum of 20 hours per week with the occasional extended work days depending on project timelines. - Salary is subject to adjustments based on the candidate's skills and experience. - Our company also performs yearly evaluations to determine potential raises and/or bonuses depending on employee performance and on the company's performance. - This position may lead to a full-time position for the right candidate.
