I wanna buy a sailingschool / charter in the south of the UK but i need some help to make a good business plan. Who can help me with making a good business plan that i can use for banks, investors and for crowdfunding sites. Here is some information: - 6 Bavaria sailboats in the south of the UK - 1 Bavaria sailboat in Greece - 1x 65 barge this is the floating office, classroom, store room. The asking price is 1,5M Euro and i need 500K Euro starting capital. So i need to raise 2M euro. Who can make a good and simple business plan. The business has a steady profit between 100K - 150K and this year the profit is higher.
