Needs to hire 2 Freelancers (THIS WILL BE FULL-TIME ROLE, AFTER 3 MONTHS) I am looking for Online Marketing research person can collate and report back daily on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity. -Developing marketing strategies and user growth plans for our forex trading site -Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment. -Writing informative and effective search engine optimized copy for the website and external blog postings. -Using the CRM to maximize online marketing opportunities. -Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns. -Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns. -Managing the organizations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms. -Managing the content diary for social media content. -Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt. -Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant. - Engaged with our customer replying in twitter, telegram, facebook, and others social media Have you have marketing planning, growth strategy experience? hi, i can sense that marketing isn't your core area and you are not even interested in understanding how your personal involvement could amplify the results. so you are looking to outsource it totally, want bit of everything since you don't want to miss any part of it (even without bothering to understand if you need that or not), and finally want someone to nurture marketing for your STARTUP as a mother. That won't work. So, plan. ask a right question... ie. what is your marketing goal for 6 months? then for 18 months and 36 months subsequently. your 6 month goal will decide where to begin with. lemme help you here. If I would be starting a forex business, having no background of digital marketing, i would ask my marketer to get me mailing list subscribers. so that over a period of time i build my email marketing mailing list of potential targeted consumers. and i will constantly feed them informative content, helping content, tips & tricks, and promotional content material via my emailers. now why this strategy will work for you in this case is because this is the only way i can ensure that i can grow my acquisition rate by cross Promoting them ina controlled environment. and in other words, that's how you should plan your marketing. your current approch is flawed, and probably you're being misguided. i can do that, but i'm not available cheap.
