Sales Representative and Brand Ambassador

Through the use of efficient and responsive websites, Digital Ciphers Media puts businesses in the digital sphere. Digital Ciphers Media provides web design, graphic design, mobile app development, and digital marketing services. We are seeking an independent sales representative to assist in marketing and sales. Note that sales representatives are paid on a commission pay scale. You will be paid a percentage of the sale from each client you referred. The majority of our client’s projects start at $1500.00. In your proposal for this position, please provide a dollar amount for what commission percentage you are willing to accept for a $1500.00 project. In other words, a $300.00 bid would equal 20% commission. There is no limit on the amount of new clients, so there is no limit on the amount of money you can make in this position. You will be asked to work remotely. You can work from home and set your own hours. We are also open in working with other development firms. This position is open to residents of Canada, United States, and most European countries. While we value every person interested in working with us, the ideal candidate should be able to fulfill the following requirements. Required: • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing. This includes working experience, or academically through a communications, business, or marketing program. • The ability to work independently without supervision. We want candidates who are motivated and driven to garner results. • You will not be asked to program or design, but a working knowledge of web design and digital marketing practices is an asset. • Experience in social media marketing, or a heavy social media following, presence. • Need to be outgoing with proficient social skills. • Proof of facilitating and acquiring sales.
