Invest in property with no money down We are expanding operations into a new area where we have no current footprint, and looking at facebook marketing to make this happen. Ultimately, all we want are qualified people (with home loans) to register interest in learning how they can pay their homes off sooner, and we would then follow up with a call and book appointments for them to meet with a specialist. We will trial in Melbourne, but have a national network of mortgage brokers so can rapidly expand if we can get past proof of concept stage.
