As soon as all 3 parties are online in a conference call the time is taken. - The system needs to be flexible, so that the sequence of calls can easily be changed. - When the conference call is over Person (b) registers this in a log file and person (a) is charged for this service. - This module is only about the profile and the application who can automise the conference call over the internet. The software application must be able to handle hundreds of calls at the same time. It must further be able to measure if the bandwidth of all participants is big enough. If the bandwidth for voice over ip is not big enough, then for this party the system must switch over to regular phone. In this case the case is handed over to a call center, where the conference call is setup manually. You will need to sign a confidentiality paper in form of a non-disclosure agreement with a penalty of several 100’000 USD. As well you need to sign a penalty clause for late delivery.
