Australia Only - Accounts/admin all rounder for 3hrs on a Friday morning (or Thursday afternoon/evening) - Work from home

Note: Applicants only based in AUSTRALIA Thank you, I have a small (although growing rapidly) cleaning business and am time poor and unmotivated with the accounts side as it is not my forte and I currently wear a lot of hats in the business & would love to alleviate myself of these extra tasks as they are a cause of stress to me. Tasks required: -Working by a personalised “accounts” email in the business used exclusively by you -Checking all clients from the previous 7 days have in fact made payment on their cleans by checking payments in the business account against a job list provided by myself (payments usually due same day as service) -Following up via email or text on the rare occasion a payment has not been made on time - Paying invoices from that week that have come in via the business account, including invoices from our staff who operate under a a subcontract/ABN - Calculating GST from that week and transferring it to a sub account - Calculating business tax for each week and transferring to a sub account - You will have access to our quickbooks software as well as our booking system to access any additional client information required, however most of the work will be simply using excel files with a summary from that week provided by myself and online banking. - Paying gst & business tax to ATO from sub accounts using our myGov/ato account once every 3 months Re BAS - 15 min zoom meeting once 3hrs work is completed each week to debrief on any outstanding issues I should be aware of. Friday mornings are ideal (time is of course flexible to suit your schedule) as staff are paid on or before Friday evenings Please advise hourly rate for 3hrs freelance basic accounting/admin. Desired budget is between $25 - $40ph, $50ph for a highly experienced candidate who can produce outstanding work and work fairly autonomously. Immediate start or within 1 week of accepting the position.
