IONIC mobile+electron test app

I am proposing IONIC in a project and need to convince client to use IONIC. I need a simple 1 screen ANGULAR -ionic app that must 1. Demonstrate overall - code -reuse of more than 85%, as is claimed by ionic. 2. Compile / demo on IOS 3. Compile / Demo on Android 4. Compile / demo on Desktop windows - using electron 5. Compile / demo on Desktop macos - using electron The screen itself will be a simple CRUD operation. 1. Hit an API (use any public API) , fetch a list of items . 2. show in a list. 3. Click add button ( floating action button type) to add to the list. (local list update only- no API post required.) 4. save locally, so that next time screen comes, old list is loaded/ visible , even if app is offline. 5. Overall good looking standard theme and layout. All the steps are well documented on IONIC site I just need someone to do it. You must have all the infrastructure to demonstrate it.. (for mobile, emulator is ok ) Please bid only if you can get this done in 4 to 5 days. You must be an expert in IONIC , and Electron. Starters,- please excuse for this project.
