Birddog App is a tool to capture and organize property data for quotation and record-keeping purposes. Body: * Allows users to take between 5-50 photos and add typed or verbal notes for a property * Property address can be looked up and saved, including street number, street, business name, city, and zip code * Data can be populated into a quote that can be printed on-site for clients * Records are stored in a private online database * Imports owner data from membership sites such as [login to view URL] through API or scraping * User-friendly, functional, and simple design with minimal graphics * Intended for small scale use (1-3 users) and not intended for the Apple store * Compatible with recent iPhone and iPad versions, IOS only. * Outputs to common file types such as XLS and comma delimited for import into FileMaker Pro Mac Conclusion: The Birddog App is a tool for users to efficiently collect and organize property data for quotation and record-keeping purposes. It is intended to be easy to use, with a simple interface and compatibility with recent iPhone and iPad versions. The final data is stored in a private online database and can be easily imported into FileMaker Pro Mac. It is intended for small-scale private use and is not intended for the Apple store. Please see attached written initial flow information and its flow diagram graphic. All rights to the resulting app remain solely that of QCA. It is possible to do it in filemaker pro & go and that solution is also acceptable.
