export contacts from blackberry and iphone to website

User will be able to export contacts from his cell phone to website.
User will connect to the internet using his cell phone to a certain URL in our website
And then pressing on “export contacts” button, all contacts will be filled in a table
Full name , phone / cell phone , email address .
In case there is more than one phone under the same contact row (contact name), exporting the cell phone will be prioritized over land line .
In case there are two land lines, export only the first phone.
User should also be able to upload csv to the website which have the following colomns
Full name, cell phone, email address and then it will be loaded to a table on website.
On first phase we need support for I phone 3 and 4 ,android htc, and blackberry.
I have to emphasize that we will pay only when it is proved as working!
