As usual the amount of work is very hard to calculate from a one line specification. What language and what Frameworks are used? Cocoa, Carbon, Objective-C, Swift, C/C++? What XCode and interfacebuilder versions are used for the current version? I'm trying to give a realistic proposal to this.
