Program 1B Exercise instructions Program 1B Prerequisites and References: None Program 1B Requirements: Store and retrieve a series of n real numbers into and from a file. One entry, the program should accept integer or real numbers and store them as real numbers. The user functions to be provided by this program are as follows:  The user enters the file name.  The user selects either the read or write mode.  For read, the program displays the numbers in file, one per line.  For write, the user enters the quantity of numbers to be recorded followed by entry of all the numbers, one at a time. For this PSP exercise,you may use any programming language you’re comfortable with – Java, C, VB, C++, Ada, C#, to write a series of short programs. You are to complete the forms C14, C16, C18, and [login to view URL] check the forms and kit folder to complete the above mentioned forms. After completing the PSP forms or materials, and writing the program, you will put them in a kit or zip folder and name it [login to view URL], containing all the files as shown below under the title File Contents for PSP Assignments. When you open the file named - forms and kits, you will find the forms C14, C16, C18. Only use Kit #1 for this assignment. Kit # 1 will show you the content and order of the entire work that needs to be submitted, which include forms with instructions you will need to complete required forms. All the instructions forms (C15, C17, and C19) to complete C14, C16, and C18 are in the file named - forms with instructions. Except for C20, which you will develop base on issues encounter during the entire PSP process. Below is a sample C20 table you can copy and use.
