I need a fast and accurate character recognition script in java or JNI + native. Character whitelist: 0-9 A-Z You can use third party libraries and i would need the source. A zip of sample image files are attached each containing a random word of 5 to 8 chars. I would be using this in a multithreaded java application so need it fast and low on memory. Only apply after looking at the sample images and if you are sure you can deliver a fast and accurate solver. Hi, I have a ready app for Android that does OCR. I made it for my final graduation project. This is made in java for Android, but I guess that you can adapt to use.. I've used tesseract engine for this. Regards, André
