I need a tool to create animoticons (.mco - Files) from exisiting flash-movies.

I want to have a gui to tell the swf-file, animoticon-name, neccessary parameters and taarget-location, click on a create button and get the ready-to-install mco-file.

I want this project be done in Java as a standalone application or a servlet, need full source-code and all rights to app and code.

If you have already a ready-made tool in another programming language, pls offer.

Animoticon is a feature in MSN Messenger 7. I want to integrate my own animoticons in MSN.
