I need a Speedmeter like this one [url removed, login to view] (but don't need combined upload and download test, only separated ones)
It's very importante to be a precise meter system. It needs to analyse Download and Upload speed (Latency is desirable too).
I can help on suggestions... I Know how to make the latency analysis and I have some ideas the download analysis.
I suggest to have two phases (milestones):
1) Validate measure mechanisms/system: ping, upload and download speed meter. In this milestone no sophisticated graph is necessary... only the measure system.
2) Graphical interface, similiar to the one in [url removed, login to view]
