Volusion Website Template Redesign - Ecommerce Web Developers Needed

I am looking to have our website's template redesigned. The Header, Left Navigation & Footer I would like to see updated along with modern HTML/CSS coding. LEFT Navigation 1) Update styles/graphics to modern clean look. 2) Implementing a dropdown navigation box just like this "Accessory Finder" - example #1: [login to view URL] example #2: [login to view URL] 3) A nice dropdown of specific sub categories just like [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] with the ability to put a graphic image to the left of the category. 4) Last thing in the left navigation column would be a Blog button, Facebook Like, Twitter & Google + Header 1) Update styles/graphics to modern clean look. We would like the top navigation to look somewhat similar to [login to view URL] otherwise advise us what you suggest based on our content. 2) Ensure HTML/CSS coding is up to standard. 3) We'd like to see our View Cart Button show the order total while shopping like [login to view URL] Footer 1) Update styles/graphics. Give us the ability to have 3 or 4 columns to put links etc. *Important Notes* 1) Do not bid on this if you have no experience or no portfolio. 2) We expect good communication and clarification on what you intend to do. 3) Please feel free to hire a graphic designer if necessary on our part we will give you extra $$$ towards the milestone to cover any additional charges you may require. 4) Most important we would like someone to advise us with suggestions so please have some good knowledge of ecommerce. 5) We hope to finish the project in no longer than 2-3 weeks.
