Automation of proxy creation through IBM Cloud

Preferably want this written using node.js. The flow of this code should be smooth, efficient, I do not want any wasted API calls to the server provider, as that would slow down the proxy creation and the goal is to create proxies as fast as possible. This should be written taking advantage of Ansible or something similar for automation. The proxies should be created all at once, so if I want to make 10 proxy server through IBM Cloud, it should deploy 10 servers all at the same time and load the installation of the squid proxy software. I have templates for this, and I am happy to share. This is easy project if you understand automation of linux systems.
