Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt) and unfortunately you cannot turn Lottie animations to standalone SVG animations fast.
Lottie requires its javascript based player that parses the animation JSON file to SVG animated objects and plays them in a web page. WIth Lottie Previewer or web browser development tools one can inspect and copy SVG code from the web page that has Lottie animation.
Adding animations and mouse events to SVG file(s) then needs to be custom implemented.
It can be pure SVG though for any random and advanced sequences scripting self-embedded SVG animations (with CSS3 animation rules) or even older way, using ANIMATE tags in SVG, is just not maintainable.
So javascript supported animation is the real answer, I prefer GSAP library from GreenSock.
Because of my SVG 1.1 specification knowledge, possibilities and experience in its web browser support I usually have to fix incomplete SVG and charts work by other freelancers here so please provide more details. E.g. at least an URL to check what can be extracted and scripted - and what interaction you want.
It can be done in a day if the animation and mouse event functions are not too complex.
Otherwise I'm a webmaster and IT developer for 26 years, scripting SVG animations/charts for 7+ years.
Regards and hope you're safe,
Matt
