Design and Develop Knack application

READ THE DESCRIPTION CLEARLY - WE NEED A KNACK ([login to view URL]) APPLICATION DEVELOPER We are looking at design (some CSS with colors and layout) and development of a Knack application for a small network of accounting firms to reference client information to prevent potential conflicts of interests. It has 5 member firms around the world. Each firm will have 2 administrators for the control of this data. Each member firm will place their client data into a member list for other member firms to do a search, It is expected that the system will have no more than 10 new clients every month. Compliance Search Function We are looking at Public interest entity (government unit, NGO, bank, insurance company, public listed company), whereby the network member firms cannot do other services if other member firms are doing auditing for companies under this list. Database must make sure there is no other connected parties (no other connected companies and common directors and shareholders) Client info: -company name*, (company name should be entered in English, plus local language - optional.) -country of incorporation, -industry, -listed/non-listed, -stock code (if listed), -financial year end date, -client code as assigned by the local member firm, -name of the controlling parties* and its place of incorporation (if any); (company name should be entered in English, plus local language - optional.) Member info -member firm name, -types of services provided, -partner-in-charge. Need to send a monthly report on all the changes for all the member firms as a condensed report Need to export to CSV or XLS so that administrator can keep record or submit to relevant authorities. The member firms will need update themselves every now and then on the updated changes in the list to ensure no conflict The 2 main interaction flows are: 1) Auditing Services Conflict: All firms in the network must not approach this company for other services if “auditing” is the service provided to the company. Must make sure there is no other connected parties (no other connected companies and common directors and shareholders) 2) Conflict in Shareholding for Staff of Member Firm Staff when they want to buy shares must make sure member firms are not servicing the main or subsidiary of the company. And is on-going responsibility for member firms to ensure staff have no conflict of interest.
