We have a website that needs some fixing. There are a few items to fix. I do not believe any of them are very hard. 1) Create a section to have a Javascript button to launch our web application 2) Fix a contact us form that was working but once we changed the layout of our site it stopped working 3) fix the header of an html5 page. Total MAX budget is $20 + a review of our work together. Do not bid if you are asking for more than $20. Thanks
