This is a "test" job to verify candidates for a larger project which will involve converting around 45 Adobe XD designs to HTML/CSS/JS. The initial objective is to convert attached XD and deliver as static HTML/CSS/JS.
Additional provisions:

[login to view URL] top navigation (with dark blue background) needs to disappear when one starts scrolling the page down.
[login to view URL] top navigation (with white background) needs to stay at the top when one start scrolling the page down.
[login to view URL] amount of JavaScript code should be used. No JS frameworks (jQuery etc.) can be used. The only JS framework that can be used is [login to view URL]
[login to view URL] top navigation needs to slide down when mouse hoovers over similar to [login to view URL]
