1. On Each individual task associated with the ticket make a mandatory field where a user describes what they did on that task. 2. Display on the task what stage the ticket will move to when the user clicks the “accepted” button on that task. a. Example: i. Ticket is in the “waiting for test publish” status ii. Somewhere on the individual task the user will know if they click accept the “accept” button the status will change to “in for testing” 3. Display on the task what stage the ticket will move to if the user clicks the “rejected” button on that task. a. Example: i. Ticket is in the “in for code review” Stage ii. Somewhere on the individual task the user will know if they click the “rejected” button the status on the ticket will change to “assigned” 4. Let us see all tasks that are associated with that ticket when viewing the ticket – ideally we would like to see the name of the task and the comments (the field you are creating in #1 on this list) associated with that task.
