Introduction to the Motivart Universe:
- Hello, my name is Andrew Swanger and I am the CEO/Founder, Lead Level Designer, Lead Writer, etc. for Motivart Studios, LLC. We are focused on one of our main game projects known as, "Cosmic Prophecy" with most of its' information under a Non-Disclosure Agreement and more is to be announced as progress continues to develop as it's been at a very good rapid pace.
- I am in the need of a team that not only gets along with positivity and a good attitude, but are as well very well organized, very communicative with each other, using lots of creativity to visually create our outlooks and imaginations, and overall build a unique team that creates games that are not only addicting and fun for the consumer due to all of what "Cosmic Prophecy" has to offer the players, but showing consumer's there's more to games than what's already been done before just to be redone again, our products will be those that stand out, go viral, and have every aspect gamers enjoy no matter what genre they're into, as we like to combine all together. Every project will be something so unique not a single game can compare... Well unless you compare nearly every game known to man plus more than yes, I guess you could say that's similar. Besides that, just know the world is soon to be in stores for more than just a treat.

3D Modeler Requirements:
- Must have skillful knowledge of either of the following programs;
Cinema 4D, MAYA, 3DS MAX, or any other good 3D modeling softwares as long as it gets the job done correctly.
- You must communicate with the development team as much as possible for ideas, feedback of assets, meetings, etc.
- You must have a Skype account and an email to keep in contact with your team.
- Must deliver quality assets based off concept arts or even just by a vivid explanation. You may also create your own objects for the game based off personal ideas and if it's something the team likes, we'll implement things like that into one of the worlds.
- Must be active. If you're semi-active working on the game through a week or barely work, you're percentage could and may become less. If you're a very active employee, you will in fact earn a higher percentage of the game's earnings.
-----PAYMENT----- (Life-Time Royalty Plan and Contract)
- Percentage depends on assets delivered and implemented.
- Very Active Quality 3D Modeler: 5% - 7.5% Royalty for life.
- Semi-Active Quality 3D Modeler: 0.5% - 4.5% Royalty for life.
- Barely Active Quality 3D Modelers will be let go from our team and no assets of theirs will be implemented.
Team Members will be paid quarterly every year based on their royalty amount for the rest of their lives.
Expected Release Date: October 2016 - February 2017 (Cosmic Prophecy)
Estimated Sales of First Year: $850,000 - $3,500,000 (Cosmic Prophecy)
Sales ratio should be much higher than the estimate.
