Onesignal implement - Working on localhost but not on the server

Hey,
I have project build with Vue JS And Webpack, if you familiar with OneSignal the implement of it is very simple, just copy the code to website and upload two files to root folder.
I did it and it's WORKING on localhost, but not when i upload it to the server - i guess it's related to the htaccess settings as my project is single page application (SPA).
the i get in the console is:
"The script has an unsupported MIME type ('text/html')"
Please bid only if you familiar with VueJS,Webpack and Onesignal.
I'm not sending my project because it's not project related and only htaccess/server related.
