I've worked with OpenCV in Python and C++ before. I joined a project that used C++ to detect and track robots in a robot-soccer game. Also worked on a project that detected a human face and tracked its position and proximity. Recently, I've been working a lot with JS and I'm sure doing in form a of a chrome addon won't be a problem.

This is not pretty simple software task.. If you are able to provide more data (~100 images) and specification of your hardware (NVIDIA GPU would be necessary), I can deliver a realible machine learning solution. It will detect the cards, highlight their shape, and count them. Best, Marek
